Located in the lower level of Schermerhorn Symphony Center, our commercial kitchen is equipped to provide catering groups of all sizes. On any given week, we might be preparing a gourmet rehearsal dinner, a simple reception for a close-knit gathering, or a bountiful buffet spread for hundreds.
You can see how it all comes together — and host an unforgettable evening — at our exclusive Chef’s Table. Our facility has been designed so that guests can dine right in the kitchen, interact with our chefs and enjoy a private dining experience. The evening begins with wine and canapés at one of the Schermerhorn’s bars, where your guests will be greeted by our white-glove waitstaff, who explain the evening’s events.
From there, the party will be led to the Schermerhorn’s kitchen to enjoy a seated dinner of seven high-quality tasting courses, each featuring a signature dish and matching wines. Executive chef Roger Keenan plays an integral role at the Chef’s Table. Guests have the opportunity to discuss the details of each course with Roger and his team, who will offer insights into their creative process. It’s a dynamic dining experience, available in Nashville only at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Bookings are available on a very limited basis for groups of 4 to 20 people.
